Process

The building process can be a long and arduous one. After your first meeting with Manuka Developments, there is quite a lot to get through before we can even begin.

This process can take anywhere from three to twelve months, at Mauka Developments we pride ourselves in supporting our clients from start to finish.

I HAVE SEEN AN ARCHITECT AND I HAVE ENGINEERING DRAWINGS

I HAVE A PLANNING PERMIT

Even better, you're well on your way. When a planning permit is needed it's sometimes the biggest hurdle and most time consuming part of the preliminary stage. Give us a call now
I HAVE A BUILDING PERMIT

At this point I have received a checklist from my building surveyor and the only outstanding item is our nominated builder and building contract. Give us a call now
I AM READY TO START

Contracts have been signed and start date set. Each job is unique and there may be some arrangements that need to be made before the start date. For example, you may need to find alternative accommodation or empty out the old garden shed before it’s demolished. You’re getting excited! Give us a call now
